- CDW (Collision and Damage Waiver). This coverage reduces the liability for partial or total damage to the rented vehicle to a deductible based on the vehicle requested. This deductible will be applied when the damage exceeds the stipulated deductible for collision, fire, or theft. For damage less than the deductible, the full amount of the damage will be charged.
*This coverage does not include other vehicle parts (such as glass, tires, rims, etc.), administrative expenses, or accessories (such as GPS, child seats, personal items, etc.).
- LDW (Full Coverage with No Deductible). This coverage eliminates all liability for damage or total theft, offering greater coverage than that offered by credit cards or any other means. It allows you to control your budget and avoid additional charges. This coverage is void if the rental policies agreed upon at the time of signing the rental agreement are violated.
*This protection does not include loss or damage to keys, license plates, fines, and/or towing. - PLI / TPL (Third party damage insurance). - TP (Theft Protection). This protection is an optional coverage that partially releases the renter from liability for the total loss of the vehicle due to theft. If the renter does not accept TP, in the event of total theft of the vehicle, the renter will be responsible for the cost of replacing the vehicle, up to a maximum liability amount equivalent to the value of the vehicle. If the renter accepts TP, they will only be responsible for paying the vehicle's deductible.
- PAI (Personal Medical Expenses Coverage). With this coverage, the client will be covered for medical expenses in the event of an accident in the rented vehicle, covering only the authorized passenger capacity of the vehicle.
Which is also covered but only 90% and requires payment of a deductible.

If they occur, your insurance still provides coverage. However, in these particular cases, the lessee will be responsible for covering the cost of repairing any type of damage caused to the rented vehicle up to a cost that does not exceed the amount of the deductible, which is 10% of the average value of the rented vehicle. This 10% deductible amount will be indicated on your rental agreement.
