The vehicle was as described. No hidden costs or charges. Staff, including Charly, were very polite and kind. Airport shuttle was quick and we didnt have to wait. Once in the office the paperwork was easy to sort through and not long or tedious like other companies I have dealt with in Cancun. We were very satisfied with Yerari Car Rental. The staff was friendly, and they provided convenient transportation to and from the airport. I highly recommend opting for the additional insurance (which covers parking-related incidents, as the standard insurance only applies while driving), especially if you are staying in budget accommodations where parking is on the street. We encountered some unusual damage to the car overnight, but it was resolved smoothly without any issues.

Communications before pickup are clear and helpful. In the days leading up to your arrival, they check in via WhatsApp, then again when your flight lands. It's easy to find the pickup location, and the drive to the location is less than 5 minutes. The check-in process was quick, and there were no unexpected fees. The car worked well and was what we were expecting.
